Ben and Felicity Watson

Founders

Ben and Felicity helped launch Totalfit in the UK and have spent the last seven years helping everyday people—busy parents, business owners, complete beginners, and those recovering from injuries—become stronger and more confident than they ever thought possible. After coaching internationally and building multiple micro gyms, their mission is simple: to create a supportive space where real people can feel stronger, move free from pain and live fully.


Ben understands how intimidating the fitness world can be, and he’s committed to providing every member with a clear plan, excellent coaching, and a community that genuinely cares. Through a holistic approach to training, every member gets lasting results—not quick fixes.


Felicity is a qualified Olympic Lifting coach as well as pre- and postnatal specialist and ensures every woman who trains with us—whether pregnant, returning after birth, or navigating hormonal changes—feels safe, supported, and understood. As a coach, mentor, and mum herself, she brings warmth, reassurance, and expert guidance. Her heart is to help women rebuild their strength, confidence, and identity in every season of life, and she trains every Totalfit coach to the same high standard so all members receive consistent, compassionate care.
